Not a woman but I can answer this. It depends. If you act like you give a shite that she turned you down and seem needy, she will view it as a turn off
If you act like its no big deal and give no fricks that she rejected you and go out and pursue other women, she will wonder why you were able to get over it so quickly and start to wonder if there is something wrong with her and then perhaps she will try to prove herself to you and try to draw you back in
It all comes down to how invested you are in her. If she knows you are too invested, turn off. If she thinks you aren't invested at all in her, she may be open to giving you a second look.
Take it from me. I went on some dates with a girl a few years ago, she called it off, and I acted like a whiny bitch about it. I tried to win her back and all of that and it just pushed her further away.
I learned my lesson. I went on a couple dates with a girl a few months later, and she also called it off. I simply said "OK" and acted like it was no big deal and went back out there. Even though I was secretly disappointed, I didn't let it affect me outwardly. I didn't try to win her back, I didn't try to ask why, I didn't try to get answers from her. I just let it be. Guess who came crawling back a few days later?

A girl rejecting you can be a test. She wants to see how you react. If you are a bitch about it then you failed the test. If you give no fricks that she rejected you, you have passed the test.
It's not always like this, she will reject guys she has no interest in as well and in that case there is nothing you can do. But sometimes she rejects guys she is unsure about to test them. Women are different then men in that they are not immediately attracted based on visual cues like guys are. Guys can take one look at a woman for 1 second and know if they are attracted. Women's attraction takes a lot longer to develop so they do things like test guys they are trying to feel out and rejection is one of those ways to do it.
