Connecting fire pit to natural gas line

Any issues with connecting a fire pit to a gas line (with a regulator)? Can you use a fire pit made to connect to propane tanks? Can’t imagine why not, just want to be sure.

No man. You need to make sure you don't need a conversion orifice.

I had a stove that was made for propane.
Built a kitchen for my patio and had natural gas there.
All I did was drill out the orifices a little bigger and it worked fine. I used the smallest bit I had and went bigger from there until the flame was perfectly blue.
