Almost every sandwich they offer at Panera Bread is more calories than a Big Mac.

Not saying McDonalds is healthy and obviously everyone defines healthy differently, but if you're talking from a pure weight standpoint.. these overpriced places that market themselves as healthy are only healthy when you select very specific items. Be careful with that marketing.
