Pointless to move jrue just to get 35 cp3
Move ball, Moore, picks, loose favors miller, and then vets may come cheap to fill.

Moore is a FA.
The point of moving for CP now would be to teach our kids how to win. To instill that attitude. That would be the point.
Also adding an extra pick this year and a very valuable Minny pick next year in a possibly better draft.
We probably make out a bit too well in that one.

I'm not hell bent on making this move, but a 30 year old Jrue doesn't fit the Zion timeline either so we are keeping him around for 2 reasons. To help the team win now rather than get used to losing, and semi-related, to build a winning team culture.
Chris Paul's age is a concern, but a big part of his talent is is off the charts BBIQ and his competitiveness which helps him age well. If he doesn't fall off a cliff, he brings more to the team in terms of Win Now ability and building a winning team culture. If that's why you've kept Jrue then CP3 would be an upgrade.
The next 2 years should be about Ingram and Zion becoming dominant players, and I think Chris Paul would be more helpful than Jrue at getting them there. Remember how Rondo kind of unlocked Jrue, CP3 would unlock Zion and Ingram, and if you draft your PG of the future this year, he'd have 2 years to learn from one of the best PGs of all time.
