Also, they had a plexiglass "window" and at least 6 feet of space between them and customers. But, sure, my mask was the issue.

Wow. Perfect example of how the vast majority of mask wearers accomplish nothing for their safety. And why on earth would you need to wear a mask if there is plexiglass between you and the workers on top of the distance between drivers’ seat and them?
