re: Do you ever perceive anything other than disdain at the Post Office?

This 'culture' you describe, I have experienced it. It's out there and real. That being said, my local PO. while I can detect the 'culture' it's not in your face as much. I want live long enough to see it, but I hope the day comes when the USPS no longer exist...in it's present form at least.


ETA. Every work place/company has a culture...not to be confused with "culcha"
