At this point all you can do is treat the symptoms, topical creams (cortisone, Benadryl, calamine, etc) oral antihistamines (Benadryl) and if it gets too bad go to an after hours clinic and beg for a steroid injection, the chigger itself is long gone and no eggs are hatching, your body is just reacting to the waste he left behind while he was there
