Agents of the state killing unarmed people and mentally ill people is far more detrimental to civilized society than criminals killing people. The latter is a problem and is something the black community is going to have to answer to.....but the former is unacceptable if you believe in the state having the responsibility to guarantee its citizens due process. Unfortunately like most things in the US we have turned it into an issue of race when in fact it is a human rights issue.
