Ask your vet if he/she would be so kind as to come to your house to put him down. Mine did when I told him there would be no way I could drive home if I had to bring her into his clinic. Being a good ole baw with that LSU degree he said he'd gladly do it. Brought an assistant with him and they took old Jewels with them when they left.
