This is why I never wanted to live in any apartment buildings, duplexes, double shotguns..anything connected or conjoined.
I dont like depending on others to have common sense. People are too petty-vindictive or on too many pills these days.

I hope she's ready for the onslaught of lawsuits that are incoming from the others living in the complex.

My niece is a sophomore in college out of state and just before school started, she moved into an apartment with her best friend... guy next to them was a total drunk and caught the place on fire A couple days ago... she and her roommate pretty much lost everything they had. People are assholes.
