Do you know the answer to this? fricking nobody knows. Nobody keeps track of shite like that.
I don't question the cop's motives. I'm sure their lives would have been much better if they just ignored this. They probably had a legit public safety concern to pull him over. I'm sure they like days when they don't find anybody - black or white - doing anything wrong.

Well, it certainly seems like in liberal cities, white liberal cops like to pull over black guys for BS stuff. I mean, we have a history of that happening.
I'm sure they didn't try to stop the guy because they planned on shooting him 10 times.
