What is the proper punishment for the following?

You be the judge:

1. Setting a business on fire

2. Setting a federal building on fire

3. Hitting a person over the head with brick

4. Throwing a frozen water bottle at a policemen

5. Bashing Windshield of Police Vehicle, stomping on it top of the car.

5. Setting fire to a police vehicle

6. Blocking a downtown one way road

7. Blocking a 4 lane road

8. Blocking the interstate

9. Pointing a laser into private residences or at an officer

10. Crossing fenced private property, and using Mega phone to blast message,

11. Spray painting buildings, fences, cars, streets

12. Taking officer's taser

13. Punching an officer

14. Spitting at an officer (in face)

15. Cursing at officer

16. Stealing / looting

17. Stabbing a civilian

18. Taking down a Statue, breaking it, destroying it

19. Assuming domain of downtown area...preventing normal business commerce

20. Breaking into a Police office and damaging the inside

21. Busting out the glass of a building/private business
