A massive Infrastructure Bill will be THE key to a prosperous future. Offer those 'Kids' in the street good and productive jobs/lives. Those that don't take that offer, are too sick to help; they'll go the 'terrorist' route, and can be dealt with accordingly.

If Biden 'wins'...it's a dogfight.
