What size round did The Patriot use?

Hole in soy boy's head was not that large. I would have thought it would be massive at that close of range. Same for bicep medic.

5.56 or .300blk, mag would have more of a curve to it if it were a 7.62

Looked like a angled blow on the guys dome by the damage shown in the video. Didn't penetrate inside the skull, but more of a glancing blow. Still killed him.
Dudes arm was on the muzzle and most of that damage is from the up close blast. Depending on the type of round, the 5.56 is very deadly because of it's extremely high rate of speed. If the bullet has an expanding tip, then it has tremendous energy on impact at close range.
