Dude, the letter of the law is you have to reasonably believe your life/well being is in danger. Gunshots behind you and someone chasing you attempting to take your weapon is all the reason you need for that belief.

I'm done, you can go out and riot or whatever it is yall do when the jury confirms self defense.

If you didn't notice, he's already made up a fake excuse for if/when the shooters is found innocent. Just completely out of touch with reality, and willing to make any and every wild excuse to pretend he's not wrong.

Imminent mortal danger, hearing gunshots does not give you Carte Blanche to shoot anyone in the vicinity and claim self defense, neither does an unarmed pursuit, that’s absurd, but that is the argument you seem to be cozying up to.

Despite thinking he is a piece of shite, for Kyle’s sake, it’s good that isn’t his lawyer’s argument, as it would quickly get him some convictions on reckless homicide. Since you are basically handing the prosecution the argument that you showed disregard for human life by reactively firing after hearing a gunshot and never fully orientating yourself before unloading. Combine that with already bringing an illegal gun and reportedly agitating, now you got part one and three covered with reckless homicide in Wisconsin, criminal recklessness creating an unreasonable and substantial risk to bodily harm and demonstrating a disregard for human life.

...Maybe you just need some better Youtube lawyers next time?
