If you would have told me 2-3 years ago that we had Jrue Holiday AND Lonzo Ball but we are looking for PG I'd think you're crazy.

You do realize that Carolina started 2 centers right? That UNC team was really bad. No spacing whatsoever. Louisville always have good coaching to go along with a good balanced roster. They rarely ever field bad teams even if they don’t will well in any given season. UNC is like the other blue bloods, either the talent overcome the lack of quality coaching or they sink.

Anyways, Anthony’s ceiling is a lot higher than Nesmith. Nesmith is a one deminsonal movement shooter Whereas Anthony is a 3 level scorer. Cole plays good defense with the ability to switch also so that will keep him in someone’s starting line up.

NBA spacing and some coaching is going to give someone a impact player. He may take some time to mold him into an ideal player but the tools are phenomenal.

Getting a guy who can create space anywhere on the court, play in isolation or in the pick and roll, solid passing ability, able to control tempo, get to the line frequently, and is deadly from deep to go along with solid defense is pretty good at 13. Sure he’s rough around the edges but if he was a little more efficient this past year, he would be a top 5 pick.

At 13, the Pelicans have two great options at PG in Lewis Jr and Anthony who I consider 1A and 1B at 13. There’s a lot to like with either guy.

I completely agree that he has a lot of upside. It's just always concerning to me when a guy that's supposed to be really good, can't even keep his college team above .500. Markelle Fultz is a prime example.

I'll be honest, i didn't look up much about him until just now and didn't realize he missed 13 games.

I know UNC started off the season pretty well, and beat some good teams, then completely fell off a cliff, and it started after he had hurt his knee and sat out. THey were 6-3 when he went out. They went 6-7 without him, and weren't any better once he returned.

I get his upside, and i would not be upset about picking him if they think he has a very high ceiling, even if he has a higher bust probability than someone like Seddiq Bey.
