It's not brown patch. What mix rate did you use with the MSM?
Well I reread your post and I see the brown spot was there before you spot treated. What city do you live in and what is the watering schedule.

Will hold off on the Disease X for now. Up until that rain a couple weeks ago I was watering at 6:00 am and 6:00 pm for 10-15 mins. Haven’t set everything back up since all of that rain we got a couple weeks back. I live in Prairieville and thinking back, this started about the time I was watering/all the rain came through.
As far as the MSM, I mixed .1/1 gallon. It looks like it’s killing the spurge and not really affecting the grass negatively.
And will def do the worm test. Thanks for all the help.
