New Orleans water has historically won water tasting competitions. There were even talks to sell bottled New Orleans water commercially.

I drink JP tap water. I would give this a shot as I am a morning coffee drinker.

You're entitled to your opinion, but your opinion is wrong. Nola's water is some of the worst water in this country that I've ever had. Meanwhile, Baton Rouge's water is some of the best I've had. Wish I could get water that good here in Nashville.
