I am no lawyer. But it seems if a majority of players want to play and they know the risks and dangers involved, they could release the universities from liability. But i am no lawyer and am told ut will not uphold in court.

Signing a release form means nothing, you can’t release yourself from negligence

But to sue the university as a player, you will have to prove they had negligence in you getting covid

One last thought....i am sending 4thgentgr to BR on Saturday. If he gets sick, can i sue the university?
