To an extent, I say no. I’ll have a random memory of an ex from 10 years ago. This will occur maybe a couple of times a year. It’s part of your life. You can’t erase it. I also think it’s normal to wonder what an ex might be doing these days. In those terms, I mean work related, where they live, etc.

There’s a difference between that and Facebook/twitter stalking a year or two later.
