How will scholarships work? Will players be forced to lose a year?

Will they only allow a certain amount of people to negotiate for an extra year of eligibility per team?

Will players who transfered and had the one year redshirt rule, qualify for another eligible year and still pass the required year for redshirt (if a certain amount of people get another year of eligibility.

Throw everything out and if they just say this year counts towards eligibility, consider it like everybody played or guys who still have redshirts, redshirted,
. Some guys that transfered to play this year as senior grads or redshirt seniors, will lose MILLIONS if they can't improve stock. I mean if this happened last year, Burrow is a 5th round pick at best with only 2018 tape.
