In AZ the range is $187 - $240 a week for state benefits.
If you added the $600 (another poster stated) + $187 = $787 / 40 hrs = $19.67 per hour. $13 - $15 per hour employees weren't coming back to work, especially outdoor jobs in the 115+ AZ heat during the summer months even if the businesses offered to pay them cash under the table.
If $400 max Fed weekly + $200 AZ weekly, which puts them in the $15 an hour range, many will still opt for unemployment over work in the heat.
This can easily put many small businesses owners in a financial bind because they cannot provide the manpower needed to complete a job in a timely fashion and move on to the next one.
