Not really. They all kind of taste like caramel and vanilla to me. What I notice more is the "burn" on them. I enjoy ones that are smoother on the palate. I've been to 2 blind tastings and I generally ranked the same ones my favorites - Maker's 46, Eagle Rare, Four Roses Single Barrel.
