This is a huge deal if true.
Durham isn't issuing a report. He is dropping indictments. He is going to show these people and they are scrambling. Actively recruiting means they are out of time.

YUP. Actively recruiting is more like an SOS call at this point. The whistleblowers would have already come out by now but they can't since Durham and team are not disclosing ANYTHING
Weismann's plea is more of him begging someone ANYONE to let them know if they have any info of what is going on.
