He is actually in an apartment across Kaliste Saloom from River Ranch. Older place but decent part of town. He wants to show initiative by staying so he can work and pick up shifts to impress management after the storm. Can’t fault the kid.

Hope he's on a top floor, that area floods. It will also be a rocky next few days, Laffy may get hit hard.
