Can/ should we reset expectations?

This morning I was watching the game Georgia game from 2018 which is seen as joe’s first signature win. They were #2 at the time and he played really well. I was shocked when I saw his stat line was 15 of 30 for 200 yards and no passing touchdowns (2 TD on the ground). I realize now that this kind of game is what I would have considered good two years ago but now seems so mundane.
Has 2019 spoiled us forever into thinking QBs should always average 350 yard and 4 TDs per game?

Did you also notice the difference in the 2 offenses? They were completely different schemes.

Never expect what we saw last season
With that being said.. if we have changed our offense.. I think a fair expectation is around 250 with 2 TDs

If you’re expecting Brennan to be Burrow you’ll be disappointed. He’s got a ton of ability. He’ll be fine. But he just needs to do him and not try to be Joe Burrow. He’s following up the best season by a college quarterback EVER.

The yardage/TD totals can be reasonably maintained, obviously not record levels, but the key thing is that our passing game shouldn't be thought of as a hindrance anymore.

The main thing you (we) need to realize is that Myles will not be able to save the day like Joe. That huge throw to JJ against Georgia, the same kind of scramble against Oklahoma etc.
What we can reasonably expect of Myles is to make good decisions, be consistent with hitting the slants/bread and butter plays, and being able to lead the offense

That is the reason I am predicting great things from Brennan.
Burrow was, "Ordinary Joe" in 18, then the offensive scheme was changed. In addition, throwing to Jefferson, Marshall, Chase, Moss and Helaire, was completely different than throwing to the 18 group.

While the D of 2019 was good enough, I expect 2020 to be much better. The only real question is LB and we should be fine there as well. D line fixing to eat and a rotation which doesn't lose anything

I have always expect LSU to win any game LSu have been in the game even in 21 to 3 Lenornd almost broke a few long runs and their one touch down should have been called back with three or four holds

Expectations are like opinions they are yours and don’t let anyone tell you other wise!

I just always expect 10 wins.
