Which then he's simply trying to withdraw his guilty plea, which yes is a tall order if the prosecution opposes the effort, but if the prosecution signals no opposition or especially if they join in the motion.....rarely is a judge an obstacle to that effort. The only reason such is the case here is because the judge is pissy about the government being so agreeable. Judge has convinced himself that it's scandalous. Which is dumb because the government is the party that is the most in the know as to how a matter should be addressed, thus the government's broad discretion.
I know I'm not telling you anything you aren't aware of, even if you disagree. You're a lawyer if I'm not mistaken.

Glad that you see the shite has gotten so deep we have to man the life boats.
We will make it ashore but the outcome is being so delayed our boat rain out of gas. Will we make it ashore before November as we are paddling away?
No one knows but the delay is both corrupt and obvious. Others can mumbo jumbo Flynn plead guilty all they want. Sullivan hired a lawyer to rejudge a case and call out the DOJ for dropping the case. It should have ended here.
This was DOJ/CIA/FBI political activism turned judicial activism no matter how you slice the toast or paddle the boat.
