Can they be arrested for hiding in the luggage thing in someones car?
I know that question seems stupid and obvious, but what would they get charged for?

They threw out all the possessions that were in it in this case. So like theft and shite? Idk.

They are in France. The migrants would probably be given medals and the tourists arrested for harming them.
