I secured 3 more black voters for Trump today by explaining the Green New Deal

A guy I went to HS with who works in the oilfield as an operator posted he was thinking about voting for Trump. Of course, he was met with laughing emoji’s and other fricked up comments. I explained to him and others that a vote for Biden from an oilfield worker was a vote against their own best interest and explained Biden’s Green New Deal. After a conversation, OP plus 2 other oilfield workers all were firmly aboard the Trump Train!

This is my exact point of the post. Black people are starting to become politically aware. And the ones that are, are starting to leave the Democrat plantation. A friend of mine in a very liberal city who is actually a Democrat campaign staffer(local level) posted today how “if things don’t fundamentally change, he’s starting to see and believe that Democrat is not the party for black people”. It’s kinda wild to see it unfolding in front of my eyes.

However, given the fact that a majority of voters in this country are numbskulls, that the voting in November will be a horror show that comes down to SE Florida voter fraud, and that the media will manipulate the electorate with propaganda, you’re going to need to persuade about 70,000,000 more peeps.

Yes. I think many fellow black people are staring to see that we are being used by Democrats, that they make promises they never keep, pander instead of provide action, and additionally, they are starting to swing too far left for the majority conservative black population. A perfect example is defund the police. Black people by and large do not want the police defunded, we just want them better trained, and to face the same level of accountability for their actions.
If trump wants to really make the Democrats sweat over the black vote. He should tweet his disgust of the Breonna Taylor situation and call for a federal investigation.

I'm happy for black conservatives. I know the shadows have probably been cold for some time. In the military, I ran across black conservatives all the time, but many were circumspect for fear of the censure from family or friends.
But, as a regular white dude observing this happen in real time as well, this moment, #Blexit - whatever you want to call it, feels more substantial than such movements in the past. Whether it means more blacks stay home or actively vote Trump remains to be seen, of course, but this shift feels more one of substance than of style.
