Most of them will still haggle a little bit. If it is already priced really good they won't move much. I've had a tiny bit of luck with a couple of them with a simple "I've got this much to spend counting sales tax. Can we do that?"

I also had one tell me right off the bat that the listed price is the last and final and no extras added in and then a week later they lower the price to what I would've paid.
