I've seen some not move a dime.
However, we had a bit of success last year. Place advertised their no-haggle internet price. Went and look at it and drove it. I knew another dealership about 3 hours away had basically the exact same vehicle, same trim, options, etc, with 2,000 less miles for about $1,000 less (their internet price). Also knew this car was on their lot for about a month. I told the manager, look, you want to sell the car before month end (it was the 27th), I don't want to drive 3 more hours each way, let's do this. He knocked $500 off and we bought it.
It was a very fair price in my opinion.
