I agree for the share price. Not necessarily for business. Have you ever dealt with a government contract? It isn't fun and profit is very constricted.

So has this stock found a good bottom in the mid teens or still has some falling to do? Especially if the contract they didn't get becomes open again. But if it doesn't will it be a good long play at this price?

Yeah, and a contract usually goes to someone connected no matter how the rules try to keep it as merit based.
There is a big push from President* Biden and the dems for converting a lot of government vehicles to EV so this may not be over for reasons beyond the post office.
