Multiple times in college tournaments. Lowest ever tournament round was 65 at Bart Granger high school event outside Dallas.
I've had two rounds in the 50s; one at Breckenridge in SATX pre-renovation & one from the front tees playing with a LPGA player at Briggs Ranch.
I shot 72 with 14/14 FIR and 18/18 GIR in a college round, casual 36 putts.
Nothing different tee to green but the size of the cup was a basketball hoop. As a few could attest, if anyone gets the putter rolling its pretty easy to throw down a low number.
