Also, I live in LC. From your thread in 2010:
Dummy’s buy out there. We’re likely buying a $300-$400k house and being done with it. LC folks have this strange obsession with spending way way beyond their means. Greywood is a prime example.

oh no doubt. this impending crunch (from the Covid-depression and shale being gutted) is going to possibly frick up Greywood
