For those of you keeping score at home, went with the Rapala Lithium Ion rechargeable. Mainly, so I could take it when we canoe camp.

I used it yesterday for the first time and dang, I can't believe I haven't used an electric before. I filleted 12 bass in about 20 minutes from start to finish and didn't miss a bunch of meat. Game changer. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Piggybacking on this. Wife is asking me for Christmas ideas and I am thinking of getting a Bubba Blade. 95% of the time I am cleaning fish where there is electrical outlets, but occasionally I'll take the yak out and not have a powered cleaning station.

How does the cordless version hold up to the corded version?

I am usually catching specks, with the occasional red/sheepie/drum. Don't keep bull reds. Mostly fish Big Lake so 50ish fish will probably be the max I ever have to clean.
