re: Fillet Knife Recommendations

I have the Bubba Cordless and its awesome. I dont like the blade that come with it, so I use old mister twister or my American Angler blades. The Bubba is much better than my American Angler.

With that being said, I also like to filet fish with my dexter russel or Kast King filet knife. The key is having them really sharp. For specks, I am almost as fast with the straight knife as I am with electric. Takes practice though. Again, the knife needs to be super sharp!
