The Z-Man Trout Eyes are better imo. The Z-Man elastic is a little tricky however.

They make quality products across the board. I find myself buying more and more of their plastics.
I am picky about a lot of other parts of my tackle but jig heads aren't one. I have a mix of the "golden eye", H&H, Death Grip, and other assorted makes and types. Death Grip seem to be the most well made to me but I find the golden eyes work just fine.
