Many States should take notice of Colorado's plan. Rather than shutting every bar down, think of alternative ways to keep them open and simply limit the late night club crowd that doesn't start partying till after 10pm.

Colorado has to be the best state to quarantine in (that Utah, Montana, or Idaho). Restaurant scene is largely fine, and you can go out, hike, raft, and go to mountain villages where no one gives a damn.
