It means you get what you realistically need in relation to what your community brings to the table. It means don’t come raid my interstate development money because you continue to invest in that toilet bowl we call New Orleans. It means divide federal aid in a way that encourages growth not corruption.

Shreveport has more adequate interstate infrastructure compared to anywhere else in Louisiana based on the amount of traffic that it actually receives
