Here's a quote from the governor's office, "Dr. Birx emphasized very strongly strongly that this is a critical time for the South to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and that the governor's mask order was brilliant and critical to keeping businesses open and running."

Perhaps this also coincided with testing availability to test those that weren't sick...

Out and about like protesting? You know, the thing the "experts" said it was okay to do, but you can't do other things?
Only fascists would think it's appropriate to keep young people from socializing.
