Grivet Outdoors has some legit sales pretty often.
I get my Altras there often. Especially if you don't care about color, you can get some great deals.
Eta: I'm not seeing any great Hoka sales there right now.
I just ordered some Altras in clearance at REI (half off retail), and they have a $20 member bonus for $100+ orders by July 27 (I think that's the right deadline).
