Why can't there be a White in America?

To me this show just portrays that there is still so much inequality in America and I strongly disagree. We have an African American running for president and many African Americans have taken strong leadership roles in society. To me, we need to stop down playing other races and convincing them that they are still at the "bottom" of society. African Americans have full rights in America and have the same opportunity as whites today.

I just wanted to see if there are other people out there who feel the same way or differently.

How is that? I don't see shows like Anderson 360, Lou Dobbs, and their regular reporting catering specifically to white people. Those shows address many issues that cover all races.

Let me make this clear... I am not posting this out of racism

I just frustrated when I see things on TV that seems to make other races feel like they are still at the "bottom" and still don't have the same rights as whites. To me, America is pretty equal...not perfect...but still pretty good i'd say.

I agree with this statement; however, how does the CNN program - in any way - serve to alleviate this hatred/bigotry?

There is hatred against all races. Times have gotten much better now. I'm not saying there isn't hatred. I'm saying that African Americans have just as much of an opportunity as Whites today. And I think sometimes we downplay their opportunities and allow people to believe that society is still against them and that people are still out to get them which IS NOT true like it was in the 60s.

it's not like the 60's no, but theres still a lotta in the closet racism out there, so people in general always have to keep fighting for something, just to keep everyone honest.

I agree. I think that racism will exist forever, sadly. I just think all people are racist in someway, somehow.

About as much as whining about the double standard that exists.

CNN is a leftist liberal news organization. I agree they love to stir the pot. I only watch and listen to Fox News on cable. They are as they say more fair and balanced.

I can agree.
CNN get liberals on there who agree with them, so all they do is just agree and agree
Fox is conservative and gets liberals on there and they counter-punch each other until time is up (i.e Hannity and Colmes/ Bill O'Reilly)

exactly, which brings me back to my previous comment that all have to keep fighting for what they believe is right, just to keep all honest. America is a great country, it allows other people from other countries to come here and live like they never have before, and bring their own culture with them, it causes problems IMO, but blame it on CNN.
