Yeah Eastern Oklahoma is actually really beautiful in most places, but there are definitely some extremely poor towns (usually associated with indian reservations) that are just downright depressing. OKC and Tulsa are both nice cities though. I think the point of living in Oklahoma, at least for me, is that it's cheap to live here which means I can visit fun places with the extra money I save
I'd like to hear more opinions about Nebraska though, as I'm moving there in about a month. So far the reviews have not been stellar...
