I agree, like I said, if it's as bad as some of the posters are indicating it probably needs to be closed because of the big capex it's going to take and they aren't going to do it.

I have issue only that they let it get like that

Yep it isn't bad but with that little budget you cannot expect them to never lose the place. That is one of my "idiotic" points. But, yes if they can keep it decent then it is great. But, I just don't think you can consistently keep it decent charging $14 - $20 a round plus $200k from LSU.

That is one of my points.
