Jacksonville attorneys sue to block Republican National Convention

A group of attorneys in Jacksonville, Fla. filed a lawsuit on Wednesday to block the Republican National Convention from taking place in the city next month.
The lawsuit, filed in Duval County, points to several arguments why the city should not host the event as Florida’s case numbers continue to spike, saying the convention would be "a nuisance injurious to the health (and) welfare" of the community.
"To avoid community spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and welfare of Plaintiffs and the community, it is necessary and essential that all super spreader events where large numbers of people congregate in close proximity indoors not occur,” the suit reads.
Their suit warns that "the congregation of thousands of people in close proximity for extended periods of time will constitute a nuisance and result in massive spread of COVID-19 among the persons in attendance and throughout the City of Jacksonville and Northeast Florida and interfere in Plaintiffs' use and enjoyment of their property and right to be free of infliction of disease and death." There needs to be a ground swell of opposition to these irresponsible attorneys.
And not just this one group either.

Dems are shameful people. This is a form of censorship because they don’t want our voices heard.
Trump better start rounding these f*ckers up if he wins in November.

I called it 2 months ago.
The Dems will do everything to cancel the RNC
They already effectively canceled the Texas GOP convention.
This virus is purely political.

I would think lawyers lack the standing to incur injury.
It should, if anything, increase their case loads potentially and thus be a positive net value to them.

Someone in the Trump campaign needs to apply for a permit for a rally to support BLM on the same date as the convention, if it gets approved Lawsuit is over

This sounds real nice but is not the truth of the matter. It certainly is the goal of many to overcome diseases of all sorts that mainly have been brought on by man themselves. You cannot hide from death and you cannot shut down the world for death. Death will come and it will find you at your appointed time. It is not a reason to stop a political party.

This Covid-19 hoax originated in China. The demand for social distancing and shut-down is being pushed by the ChiCom ally democrats to.......
1) argue that we need Vote-by-Mail so they can then stuff the ballot boxes with fraudulent Mail-in ballots in favor of Ukranian Quid-Pro-Quo Creepy Joe Biden.
2) throttle down the economic recovery we are now seeing the President implement. Convince the unemployed the only way to secure a job is to defeat Donald J. Trump. They're hoping they can convince the electorate to just surrender and remove DJT. We are in a war for the survival of our Representative Constitutional Republic and our way of life.
3) set the stage for another attempted (hard) coup, if all else fails.
The Deep State, the ChiComs, the Vatican, the Democrats, Hollywood, the International Globalist Movement, LGBT, have essentially formed a coalition to defeat Donald J. Trump. Oh and George Soros. Anybody can see that is what is happening. The question is, will we let them get away with it?
They want that Oval Office. They want control.
