Corner bath tubs are useless
Wire every room for wifi and 2 network drops on at least 2 walls per room.

And many more power outlets than u think u need. We have them in the floor, baseboards, & under mounts in kitchen. Best decision ever

I see zero point in wiring for a network.....the only thing plugged into the wall in my house in a wireless router.
ETA. Closets, make damn sure you have plenty of storage. Find ways to incorporate them into hallways, near exit doors, and make sure bedrooms have sufficiently large closets.
