I carry OWB using a Comp-Tac paddle holster. Been using this holster for about 18 years.
ETA: Saw post by Downshift & Floor It after I replied. He said "The only time I need a smaller gun is if I have to tuck my shirt in. The bigger gun prints really bad, so I have a shield for that."
^ I do this as well on the rare occasions when I have a doctor appt. and will be removing my shirt or pants. On those occasions I carry a G43 in a soft pocket holster and a spare mag. I guess I'm paranoid, but I am uncomfortable when I can't carry the G19 - because I shoot it better and faster than the G43.
