Are you sure about that because a Dr told me the rapid test can pick up the virus within an hour of contracting it. Even though there is an incubation period you still have the virus. The incubation period is just haw many days until the symptoms appear.

In our experience, we had a negative result test on a known positive case. So it appears that either it was the timing, or the swab just wasn’t good enough to get a positive result.
