Another freak athlete at LBer.

Damn, LSU has had a really impressive run of talent at that position over the past 17 - 18 years. Especially in the last 10.

As I’ve said before, Marcel Brooks was the one player I was most excited about seeing develop over the next few years. Most excited I had been about a recruit when we landed him in a long time. Rare, elite level athlete in my opinion.

Not saying we haven’t had other equal or even slightly better recruits over the recent years. I was just particularly that excited about Brooks.

But landing Naquan now is pretty damn comforting.

ETA: and look out for BJ Ojulari. The sky is the limit for him. Bold prediction - He will be the best pass rusher LSU has ever had. And that’s just a fraction of his game.

Listed at 230lbs but probably closer to 220. I think he gets up to 240 - 245 at his peak and doesn’t lose a step.
