So this justifies trump administration sitting on this? And mind you, I do not blame Trump at all, I voted for him but this is absurd. His administration has failed him so many times and he is responsible for that. This is beyond ridiculous. Incompetent

While not directly paying individual bounties, the Russians financed the opposition in both the Korean War and Vietnam.
